The Mellow Mash name has always been a Yellowstone exclusive, identifying only the very smoothest bourbon to bear the Yellowstone name. Today we honor that tradition with our celebrated annual release of Limited Edition Straight Bourbon. For 2021, we offer a delicately balanced blend of 15-year and 7-year aged bourbons, finished in Amarone barrels. Thoughtfully crafted in limited quantities for our most discerning drinkers.
