Cider macerated on red wine skins to create what Wild Arc is calling Apple + Grape Sparkling Wine. Call it whatever you like, this dry yet fruity delight never lasts long on your shelves. The apples are 100% Northern Spy with the grape skins being Merlot, Cabernet Franc and Gamay skins this vintage from the red wines that’ll be released in the autumn. The combination makes for a surprisingly vinous beverage that is more than a colorful cider, really pulling the berry tones of the grapes as well.
