This grape is a wonderful French American hybrid that produces an extremely aromatic and pleasantly flavored wine. The 2001 is a beautiful color, with a bright fresh fruity nose, a little off dry when first tasted finishing with some nice acidity. The acidity makes this a particularly good food wine, delicious with fish, chicken, ham and spicy food. Fermented in stainless steel. Approximately 1020 cases produced.
