An odyssey of aromas with two original finishes. A straight rye whiskey finished in barrels seasoned with fig nectar and scratch Tentura- each crafted at the WhistlePig farm using local and Greek ingredients.

Single Barrel, bottled at proof.

A nose of Orange blossom followed by floral notes, dried fruit & a hint of brown sugar. Palate of cinnamon and clove fading into black cherry and a jammy fig and rye spice finish.
