Were dropping a very special Zero Day Old 14 Special Czech Lager to celebrate our 4th Anniversary.

Why 14?

Often beers brewed stronger (above 13) in the Czech Republic are reserved for special occasions and referred to as “Specil Lek” or Special lager. We used our floor malted Bohemian Pilsner malt combined with a new hop variety from the Czech Republic called Kazbek. It exhibits notes of citrus and fruit but still has that Saaz classic noble spice character.
