All the grapes were grown by Earlco Vineyards Ltd. and sourced exclusively from theNaramata Bench. Our house white blend consists of Gewurztraminer, Pinot Gris andEhrenfelser. All varieties were processed and co-fermented in stainless steel tankstogether. Following a cold stabilization, the wine was fined and filtered. Bench White is an ideal summer patio wine produced in an off-dry style. Onthe nose and palate, Bench White is a tasty fruit salad with notes of honeydew melon,nectarine and lychee. With great texture and medium body, this wine comes to a cleanand fruit driven finish.
