Bourbon barrel-agedimperial stout with bananas, milk sugar, Madagascar vanilla beans, cacao nibs, cocoa powder, and walnuts

Inspired by the classic dessert, we crafted this beer with all the elements of a banana split in collaboration with our friends at The Answer Brewpub. This decadent imperial stout was aged in hand-selected bourbon barrels. We then added milk sugar for creaminess, bananas and vanilla for sweetness, and cacao nibs, cocoa powder, and walnuts for a delightful chocolatey and nutty finish. Its not a Small drink, but it sure is One-derful!
