Great notes of lychee, rose petals, blood oranges and peaches. Bone-dry and highly aromatic, one of our favorite styles of wines.50% Pinot Gris sourced from Oregon and 50% Gewrztraminer grown in Washington. All the grapes are given skin contact for 30 days.Organic farming in the vineyards, all native yeast fermentation and bottled without filtering or fining as a naturally cloudy wine. No sulfites added except a tiny dose at bottling.
