Think strawberry shortcake, ocean mist, & pink lemonade.Grapes for this wine were hand-picked, foot-tread and whole-cluster pressed separately, then fermented spontaneously in old French oak. The wines aged sur lie for seven months, then were racked and blended before bottling. The final blend was bottled unfiltered and with minimal SO2.
