This vintage is a blend of batches, some aged up to 28 years in a variety of barrels. The ’21 recipe includes Utopias aged in Buffalo Trace, Carcavelos, Madeira, Ruby Port, Scotch, Sherry Oloroso, Sauternes casks, finished on Balaton Cherries.
