Apical Dominance is a hoppy blonde ale predominately hoped with Talus. Talus is bread from the same lineage as HBC-438, also known as Sabro. The pronounced pink grapefruit aroma of Talus is the key sensory characteristic; however, the additional hops add a nice complexity.
