When Greg set out to make his own mark with wheat, he went all in, creating the highest wheat content mash bill he felt was right at 95% soft red winter wheat and 5% malt. Emphasizing fruity notes like peach, pineapple, and cherry, laced with sweet honey, the result is an entirely unique, yet delicate and approachable whiskey. Its ahead of its time while still being born of tradition and perfect as a single barrel offering.
