Our take on this south-of-the-border beer style uses German Pilsner Malt with 6-row and flaked maize to provide an incredibly light body backed up by plenty of malt character. Brewed with a clean, crisp German lager yeast and finished gently with noble German hops it clocks in at 4.6% ABV, and 18 IBU.
