Blended barrel-aged imperial stout

When two local powerhouses come together, theres only one thing to do: brew and barrel-age a big imperial stout together. We worked with our friends and neighbors at Bottle Logic Brewing to craft this blended barrel-aged imperial stout before aging it in Elijah Craig 12 year bourbon barrels, Graton and Rittenhouse rye barrels, and port barrels then blending to taste. Enjoy right away, but consider saving a bottle for what may be a logical iteration down the line.
