Delicious aromas of cassis, plum and black cherry accompany spicy notes of nutmeg, sage and vanilla. This full-bodied wine has bright flavors with a lively pallet that ends with a long, elegant finish.

Sourced from two of Californias best regions for Cabernet Sauvignon: Mendocino County and Sonoma County. The cool, foggy climate and exceptional soil composition in the Mendocino County region gives our Cabernet Sauvignon a structured, natural acidity that complements the rich fruit aromas of grapes from Sonoma County. The various Cabernet Sauvignon blocks were picked from September 12th through October 6th and fermented separately. The wines were aged with approximately 30% new oak before final blending.
