Jim Beam Double Oak Bourbon is uniquely aged twice in two separate charred oak barrels. Its first aged in charred American white oak barrels, and then we pour it into different freshly charred barrels to mature for a second time. The added interaction with the oak wood results in a bourbon thats intense in flavor, smooth in taste.
