A member of Grupo Pella, a leading Central American group of companies, Compaa Licorera de Nicaragua was the first rum producer to obtain ISO 9000 certification, in recognition of it’s high quality production processes.
Flor de Caa “Centennial”is a rum of the highestquality produced under the strictest criteria of the company Licorera.
This 18 Year Aged traditional rumwon the Gold Medal in “Best in Class” at the 2005 International Wine and Spirits Competition.
The flavour of “Centennial”, enjoyed solo or with ice, has been converted into one of the most exclusive rums ofFlor de Caa and maintains the companys tradition.
Ron Flor de Caa obtained the ISO 9002 certificate in 1999. It is the only cane rum in the world with these credentials.
