With every spring comes new possibilities. A magical awakening to the year that lies ahead. With a thirst for always venturing off the beaten path, our palates have wandered north to explore a world rooted in rich harvesting traditions. The result? Nordic Spring a super citrusy hazy IPA brewed with Norwegian Kveik yeast, wild juniper berries, orange peel and Danko rye malt.

Balanced yet bursting with waves of flavor, the Kviek yeast used in Nordic Spring ferments at higher temperatures, imparting strong citrus and tropical notes that can warm up the coldest of Norwegian springs.

Nordic Spring is the first release of our 2023 Off-Centered Art Series, donning whimsical artwork from our good pal Natalya Balnova. Based in New York, Natalya works as an illustrator, designer and printmaker whose playful work can be found across dozens of publications and brands.
