Commercial Description:

Hand-crafted in the village of Santa Catarina Minas from a palenque with a long view of the flat, open, treelined valley. Agave: Wild Barril. Naturally fermented and twice distilled in ancestral clay stills with bamboo tubing. Nose of carnation and jasmine. Palate of pear, fig and green hay. Long finish of roasted root vegetables and umami.
