In a skyline filled with towering barrel-aged stouts, the elegant simplicity of Black Tuesday continues to shine the brightest. This imperial stout was aged in choice bourbon barrels for over a year, then as if that wasn’t enough, these variants all spent additional time aging in new barrels, developing complexity and flavors like nothing youve tasted before. We then turn it up a notch by adding some fan-favorite ingredients to give you something even more interesting.

Big Blue Stacks— 19.5% ABV

When it comes to Black Tuesday, we go BIG. We took the fan-favorite Blueberry Pancake variant from our 2019 Black Tuesday Box, double-stacked the ooey-gooey goodness, and doubled the barrel aging to make this towering treat. Big Blue Stacks developed through consecutive aging in two different bourbon barrels for even bigger and bolder character, and was then treated with heaps of blueberries and a generous helping of maple syrup. After all, the only thing better than a short stack is a big ol double barrel-aged stack.

Chocolate Reign(2020)— 21% ABV

Double barrel-agedimperial stout with cacao nibs and vanilla beans

When it comes to big barrel-aged stouts, Chocolate Reign takes the crown. This elevated version of Chocolate Rain was double bourbon barrel-aged with even more cacao and more vanilla. Already laid to rest in wood for over a year, these hand-selected barrels earned the right to a second round of aging. Made with the finest ingredients, including Colombian Tumaco cacao and Madagascar vanilla, you could say this bottle is suited for royalty.

NWTM— 21% ABV

Call it a long weekend, put on your sunglasses, and take a sip. We took our bourbon barrel-aged imperial stout, Aloha Friday, double barrel-aged it for added complexity and richness, and added even more tropical flavor with fresh pineapple, as well as perfectly-toasted coconut and macadamia nuts. Full-bodied and warm, this island-paradise-in-a-bottle is smooth, nutty, and just the right amount of sweet. After all, its Aloha Friday theres no work till Monday. Ke aloha!
