Rich and fruity, our Cotswolds Single Malt is the first whisky made entirely in the Cotswolds and is hand-crafted in small batches from grain to glass is using 100% floor-malted local barley. It is distilled in traditional copper pot stills and matured in premium casks before being blended and bottled right in the distillery.
