This Reposado isaged for six months in fine French white oak barrels, previously used to mature Napa cabernet. Anticipate aromas and flavours of vanilla, toasted caramel, sweet agave, oak and cocoa powder. Full-bodied and fruity, with a warm, balanced finish, this great for pan-fried cod with chipotle-lime coleslaw.
