This one has a pleasant dose of funky tropical sweetness added by finishing the whisky in ex-Jamaican rum casks, while the theme of ‘The Hidden Paradise of Black Rock’ is a nod to the original name of the distillery, Carn Dubh, or ‘the black rock.
