A concept perfectly suited for a pastry stout this bourbon barrel-aged imperial stout was brewed with Ancho Chiles, coffee beans, cinnamon, milk sugar, and vanilla. Semi-sweet, with notes of cinnamon and coffee singing perfectly in tune with a touch of spice from the addition Ancho Chiles. Big and bold, but beautifully balanced.
