Throughout fermentation, oak cubes and boysenberries coalesce, leading to fragrant notes of sweet berry and gentle oak interlaced with the tartness of boysenberries. Subtle undertones of oak accentuate the berrys brightness, while a hint of sea salt provides a balance to each sip.
