The expressive palate leads with dry spicy grain notes of cracked green peppercorn on toasted rye sourdough, before a juicy and engaging mid-palate loaded with hewn oak, chocolate graham cracker, and mint & fennel frond salad. A late dash of warm cinnamon stick shows up before a sweet and fading finish of red tootsie pop.
