brandy-type spirit prepared with medium and high-strength wine spirits, 77% and 94% Alc./Vol. aged in oak casks.

PRODUCTION: Selected spirits of good white wines, healthy and fit for consumption. Aged for 6 months in American oak casks according to the traditional Sherry system of Soleras and Criaderas.

TASTING NOTES: Amber coloured brandy of extraordinary character, a result of the careful selection of the grapes used as the raw material and the length of its ageing. Very balanced flavour and fragrant finish.
