Sour rye ale aged in oak barrels with blueberries and lavender

Rye Have Blue Dreams first found its way into bottle via a Hoarder’s Small Batch Box in 2019. This sour rye ale was re-fermented with blueberries and just a kiss of lavender. The resulting ale is sharp, yet dreamily fruit forward with subtle accents of mint and rosemary from the addition of lavender.
