Seven varieties of organic peppers including habaneros are sourced as locally as possible, then hand-chopped and given a long soak in our Organic Original Vodka. No chili powder or syrups here.

Like heat and spice and everything nice. Sweet and savory, the peppers come through strong on the nose and palate but are balanced by a hint of lemongrass on the finish.
