“Saratoga Sands Dry Gin is hand crafted from ingredients sourced as close as possible to the distillery. From the grain that is used to make the spirit to the botanicals that infuse it with flavour. We cultivate our own juniper from which berries used in Saratoga Sands are sourced. The over 100 Juniper bushes are planted on the property along with the fields of barley we grow to provide the base of our new make spirit. Both are within a mile of the picturesque Saratoga beach from which we draw our name and inspiration.”
