Mexicano Agave is a wild plant that grows in pine-oak forests and dry forests from Sonora to Oaxaca. This Agaves strength is being able to store water during the dry season: its roots feed from the forests soil which fills its Mezcales with balsamic and floral hints without losing its solitary and peaceful essence.Sola de Vega is sits 1,500 meters above sea level and is considered a semi tropical ecosystem with a lot of warm wet forests surroundingthe region. All of the Tio Pesca Mezcales are classified as Ancestral, they are manually crushed, fermented in wooden sabino tubs and distilled in clay pots.
