Lambic – Gueuze | 7% ABV

Commercial Description:

This Oude Geuze is a one-time edition created by Frank Boon and was bottled on April 29, 2019. For this geuze, Frank Boon blended a two-year aged lambic form a brand-new oak foeder (N83, third filling) with a three-year aged lambic from the oldest foeder (N79). ‘Apogee’ means ‘the highlight’ or ‘icing on the cake’.
