Pear and orange zest abound on the nose, with flavors of white peach and a hint of lime. Bright acidity contributes to a clean, lively finish. Grapes are cool fermented in order to preserve the bright fruit aromas in stainless steel for 2 weeks. Aged in neutral white barrels for 3 months.
