Our first ever mash-hopped beer is a big bang of tropical flavors. Thanks to the newly developed Cosmic Punch yeast, the addition of Saaz in the mash produces huge passionfruit, guava, and grapefruit flavors. Pair that with a dry-hop of Talus, Revolution blend, and Citra hops, and the results are out of this world.
