Since 1887, the production of Clment rum has been carried out according to the traditions and time-honored methods inherited from Homre and Charles Clment. Canne Bleue is a single varietal Rhum Agricole, made only from blue cane, a varietal originally brought to Martinique from Barbados and known for its sweet, floral aromatics. It was the first single varietal AOC Martinique Rhum Agricole and each years vintage is proudly celebrated each fall throughout Martinique.
