Amber Rum – Sherry Cask Finish.

Glacier-fed water from the eastern slopes of the Canadian Rockies, once used bourbon barrels, oloroso sherry casks, and Canadian made copper pot stills are used to create this unique international award-winning rum. The Amber Rum is matured in freshly emptied bourbon barrels from Woodford Reserve until the desired maturation is achieved and finished in Oloroso Sherry casks imported directly from Jerez, Spain.

Tasting Notes

Opens with notes of vanilla, butterscotch and caramel and has a long sherry finish with hints of almond and dried fruit.
