This does not taste like the stuff you drank too much of that one night in college. American Rum was the countrys dominant spirit for centuries. Drinkers often enhanced their rum by adding whole spices. But in the age of artificial flavoring, spiced rum traded its subtlety and soul for sugar and chemicals. Our Dry Spiced Rum is restoring the categorys former glory with far less sugar than the big boys, with unusual botanicals, and with a conspicuous lack of artificial vanilla.

Tasting Notes
Familiar baking spices layered with herbaceous and savory botanicals yield a uniquely complex spiced rum. Restrained sugar content makes balanced cocktails and mixed drinks possible. Leafy verbena leads, creating a predominately herbaceous front end. Baking spice and bitter orange peel follow for a complex & lingering finish.
