Originating in 1984, Anna de Codornu is a series of cavas that honor its name and the woman who left her mark on the winery.
Anna de Codornu Brut cava is made with Parellada, Xarel lo, Macabeo grape varieties and includes the Chardonnay variety, collected at the optimum time for harvest. Its elegant flavor and delicate aromas make it an incomparable cava.

FOOD PAIRING

Its freshness and delicacy makes it ideal as an apritif. It also goes well with shellfish and white fish. Suitable accompaniment for sushi and sashimi or lightly spiced carpaccio. Suitable for vegetarians and vegans.

TASTING NOTE

VIEW: Pale straw yellow, clean and brilliant. Fine bubbles with continuous beads and a persistent mousse.

NOSE: On the nose it displays delicate aromas of tropical fruit such as pineapple as well as citrus, grapefruit and lime.

MOUTH: On the palate it is soft with elegant citrus notes. Well balanced and refreshing.
