Tasting Notes

• Colour: Subdued crimsonrich and inviting.

• Nose: Aromas of wholesome cocoa beans, moist Corinth raisins, and sweet dates, elevated by cinnamon, dark chocolate, and a whisper of smoke.

• Palate: Delivers vibrant liquorice root, warm cedarwood, treacle toffee, and confectionery sweetness layered with clove and liquorice root.

• Finish: Rich, wooded, and satisfyingly spicya lingering echo of sweet autumnal cask wood.

Maturation: Aged for at least 15 years with a structure of European Oloroso sherry casks and American ex-Bourbon casks, then finished in European Oloroso-seasoned oak to deepen its complexity.
