Pours deep, maroon-red haze in the glass with meringue-like foam. Notes of blackberry gelato, dried currants, candied lemon, and a touch of soft-serve vanilla ice cream. Balanced levels of acidity & sweetness, with medium body and a hint of flaky pie crust from copious amounts of soft white wheat.
