At over 4,500 feet above sea level, this area of Mexico is characterized by rolling hills, beautiful mountain-top mesas, and strong cultural roots.The bottles of Fsforo that we produce today are the product of hand-picked agave plants that have been maturing for as long as 15 years. Our Ensamble is made from a unique blend of Tobal agave and the heirloom agave varietal, Espadilla, making it perfect for elevated cocktailing.
