Proof of Work – Hazy DIPA Our Hazy DIPA experimentation continues, this time with the return of a favorite new flaked malt bill and a cooler whirlpool temperature for the additions of Galaxy, Strata, and El Dorado hops. Summery aromas of juicy tropical fruit with a hint of foresty pine translate to bold, bright notes of papaya and guava on the palate that’s tempered by a pity orange-rind bitterness at the close. Light, fluffy body with a lingering fruit tones.
