Nose:

Palate:

At first mellow and rich in the mouth then quicklyvery spicy and increasingly stormy as the Talisker heatcomes through. Its as if the pure, tongue-coatingsweetness joins hands with a deep nutty smokiness toembrace those spicier notes. The flavour is elegantlydrawn out with a good balance between sweetness,smoke and salt, which is all the more evident when a littlewater is added.
