Aromas of red fruit, violets and cedar fill the nose, opening to flavors of dried cherries, fruit cake and anise. Full-bodied with soft velvety tannins and flavors of clove and Bing Cherry on the finish. This Merlot will pair perfectly with grilled meats, meat loaf, sausages and white fish like cod, halibut, or classic fish and chips.
