Commercial Description:

Open-fermented, package-conditioned Saison brewed with 100% wheat and gently hopped with Motueka and Nelson hops. We used a large portion of local raw wheat in this batch. Crispy and refreshing with a hint of bright citrus pith and gentle minerality.
