Commercial Description:

A Kolsch built by Alia Midoun. Alia balanced this beer in the trajectory of her transatlantic story. Forged from a base of traditional German Pilsner, she applied a new angle with American Wheat, before combining old stalwart Hallertau Mittelfruh, with revolutionary German Hallertau Blanc. We fermented cool with German Ale yeast, and skip extended aging to present it fresh, complimenting an abundant mineral water table. Loaves of spiced bread, white grape juice steeped with lemongrass wildflower tea and zested with a bouquet of fresh citrus.
