Foeder-aged saison ale with orange blossom honey, lemon balm, and chamomile
Named after the Mori word for nectar and honey, Ngongo is a New Zealand-inspired saison as refreshing as a day on the island. This naturally-bright combination of lemon balm, chamomile, and locally-sourced orange blossom honey developed in an oak foeder, resulting in a citrus, herbal, and earth character thats both slightly tart and sweet.
