This single barrel of Wheel Horse Bourbon was selected by our Barrel Master as an exemplary barrel. Originally distilled in April 2020, the barrel was matured for approximately 4.5yrs before being bottled in November 2024. The whiskey is full proof, non-chill filtered.

Tasting Notes:
The nose is fruit-forward with aromas of cherry pie, figs and marzipan. Once sipped, sweeter flavors of rock candy and orange zest come to the front before revealing notes of butterscotch and cola. The finish is long and rich with notes of mocha, gingerbread and leather.
